Performance Space (in progress)

 

This project is focused on landscape, culture, environmental blending, and elegance through simple forms. The building is split into three levels. Firstly, a terraced rooftop garden filled with native plants, with the sky above and the world around. Second, the floating walkways with their view of what lies below, as if they were tree branches to look down from, creating a flow of motion in the empty interior. Lastly, the lower floor. Viewed from the canopy above it is but a darkened void but in reality it is the strength of stone and the safety of the cave.
